From January to April of 2007, China's total import & export value of textiles and garments reached USD 51.19 billion, up 14.27% from a year earlier and occupying 8.05% of China's total foreign trade value. Exports of textiles were USD 17.23 billion, up 11.48%; and the exports of garment were USD 28.21 billion, up 17.4%.
